TransactIQ is a next-generation merger intelligence and SEC filing analysis platform built for financial analysts, corporate development teams, lawyers, and event-driven investors.
It transforms raw regulatory filings into structured, AI-enhanced deal intelligence using advanced language models and a high-accuracy parsing engine.

How It Works
TransactIQ connects directly to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) EDGAR system to retrieve the latest filings across public companies. Our pipeline then performs three key functions:
1. Ingestion & Detection
- •Detects new 8-Ks, 10-Ks, S-4s, and related M&A filings in real time
- •Automatically classifies each document by type (e.g., merger agreement, proxy, annual report)
- •Identifies key entities, tickers, and deal relationships
2. Intelligent Parsing
